NEUROSURGERY Physician Assistant
BASSETT MEDICAL CENTER, a multi-specialty, rural academic medical center based in Central NY, is seeking a full-time physician assistant to provide patient care for our Division of Neurosurgery at our Cooperstown location.
There are 2 surgeons and 1 physician assistant in the Division of Neurosurgery providing a team approach to inpatient and outpatient care. Qualified candidate will have responsibilities as first assistant in the OR, clinic and the inpatient unit.
Candidates must possess or be eligible for NYS Licensure as a Physician Assistant. Previous Neurosurgical experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train an enthusiastic person. We offer competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits package, CME and much more.
