Job Title:
Infrastructure Management Consultant Our client, a very successful Cooperstown, NY based organization, is seeking an Infrastructure Management Consultant to focus on a few key initiatives.
In this role, you will be asked to spend 1-2 days a week at one of their sites in Oneonta and the balance of the time at the Cooperstown facility.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and improving the workflow / process for technical support services provided.
These services include help desk, PC break / fix and alike.
Coach and mentor existing technical support staff Create project plan for Active Directory migration Job Requirements:
Prior experience managing technical support services Process improvement experience specifically with delivery of infrastructure services Infrastructure project management experience specifically in the Active Directory Migration realm Willingness to work out of Oneonta 1-2 days per week and the balance of the week in Cooperstown Apply today for this great infrastructure consulting role in the Oneonta / Cooperstown, New York area!.
